If you find an item unsuitable, provided it is unworn & all original tags are still on, we can exchange for another size or colour. We can even exchange for a completely different item of the same or greater value, with the difference to be covered by the customer.
If you can’t find anything else you would like we are happy to refund within 14 days of you receiving the goods. After the 14 day period we are happy to exchange (excluding Sale items) only if the style is still available on our site (excludes Sale section).
If you would like to exchange or refund your purchase you require a returns authorisation number (RAN). Just email us at moc.erotsnagidrac@ofni & we will send the RAN and a Returns Form to you. Please note that returns will not be accepted without a RAN and completed Returns Form.
cardiganstore.com provides free return shipping when exchanging an item. Simply turn the parcel bag inside out and and affix the prepaid address provided on the Returns Form.
If you receive a faulty garment please contact us immediately at moc.erotsnagidrac@ofni. You will be provided with a Returns Form plus further instructions regarding the returns procedure, including return address details.
If we cannot replace an item like for like due to the item no longer being available, we will exchange for another size, colour or completely different item of the same or greater value, with the difference to be covered by the customer.
Sale item purchases are not eligible for refund or exchange.
For refunds, please allow up to two weeks once you have sent your package back, for your account to be credited. cardiganstore.com will process the refund immediately so any delay will be due to bank processing times.

cardiganstore.com offers Lost Parcel Replacement Cover (LPRC) for items lost in transit. If purchased cardiganstore.com will assume responsibility for items lost in transit. Please allow 5 working days (for Australian deliveries) for delivery before contacting moc.erotsnagidrac@ofni to advise of the missing parcel. If the parcel is confirmed as lost we will replace the item at no additional cost to the customer. To purchase this cover simply tick the box at the checkout. Not available for deliveries outside Australia.
International Shipping rates include registration of the parcel for tracking purposes. Please ensure the nominated receiver will be at the delivery address during work hours to sign for the goods. International customers are responsible for all local customs duties, taxes or other fees imposed upon arrival in their country.
Please allow up to 5 working days for deliveries, capital city metropolitan deliveries will generally occur within 2 working days of order. cardiganstore.com does not take responsibility for delayed or lost deliveries (unless LPRC has been purchased).
cardiganstore.com will not be held responsible for any non-delivery arising from false or misleading information, even if Lost Parcel Replacement Cover (see below) has been purchased.
When buying goods over the internet most senders take the standard all care and no responsibility stance. While this is understandable (after all we have no control over what happens after it leaves our door) we thought that this wasn't good enough for our customers!
cardiganstore.com is pleased to offer all customers our exclusive Lost Parcel Cover. For a small fee we will take responsibility for cardigans that are lost or damaged in transit. This means that if anything goes wrong, and once we validate the claim, we will gladly replace the cardigan(s) at no extra cost to you.
While we all think it will never happen to me, its always good to know your lovely new purchase is covered!

Founding Members of cardiganstore.com were defined prior to the website launch & no other Founding Members will be added after this date. Founding Members are entitled to receive a 10% discount off all stock purchases excluding clearance sale items.
As a condition of receiving the discount, Founding Members must remain subscribed to receive promotional email &/or sms notifications from cardiganstore.com. Unsubscribing from these notifications will result in removal from the Founding Member list & forfeiture of the 10% discount for all future purchases.
